The Grüner Veltliner ‘Erzherzog Maximilian von Oesterreich’ grows on Goldberg loess, where it develops its full-flavoured, soft and fresh character. The wine possesses a bright-clear and straw-coloured tint, with a citrus nose and a touch of green apple - a fresh and spicy palate and a pleasant bite, leading to a dry exit. This makes it an elegant and dry summer wine to consort light dishes and pale meats.
